At MATTAR, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion pieces aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all MATTAR tags attached; items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized courier location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
